Borrowing from nature’s palette – flowers, grasses, trees, and herbs – the design uses various shades, represented by thread colors carefully chosen by Müller in its warp and weft, allowing for the creation of new, never before seen tones. Sunflower, Jasmine, Dahlia, and Primrose (Seeds of Colour names) are inspired by flower-filled meadows and gardens designed by landscape and garden architect Piet Oudolf, a very inspirational figure of Müller.
